Pav88 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the binding terms of use between pav88 and every user who registers or uses this platform. Please read carefully before registering or making any transaction.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the pav88 platform — whether via the website or mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the pav88 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
The pav88 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. pav88 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to close an account if this requirement is not met.

2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the pav88 platform. Registering more than one account under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed without prior notice.
All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. pav88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time to confirm the accuracy of the information provided.
Account Security
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the pav88 support team immediately via the available support email.
Prohibited Conduct
- Registering or using an account on behalf of another person
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access the platform
- Engaging in any fraudulent activity or bet manipulation
- Attempting to exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in the platform
- Using funds obtained through illegal means for deposits
- Sharing or transferring account balance to another user
3. Payments, Transactions & Currency
All transactions on the pav88 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users do not need to perform any currency conversion, as all deposits, wagers, and withdrawals are processed directly in MYR.
Supported deposit methods include online bank transfers via major Malaysian banks, approved local e-wallets, and QR code payments. Deposit processing times vary by method and may take anywhere from a few seconds to a few minutes under normal conditions.
For withdrawals, users must complete the account verification (KYC) process before submitting their first withdrawal request. Winnings may only be withdrawn to a bank account registered in the same name as the pav88 account holder. pav88 reserves the right to hold or suspend any withdrawal request that raises concerns about its legitimacy.
Any applicable taxes on winnings are the sole responsibility of the user, in accordance with prevailing Malaysian law.

4. Limitation of Liability & Account Policy

Pav88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including but not limited to service disruptions, transaction delays caused by third parties, or loss of data.
The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. pav88 makes no guarantee that the platform will be continuously available, free from errors, or suited to any specific user requirements at all times.
Account Suspension & Closure
Pav88 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, platform abuse, breach of these terms, or illegal activity.
Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting the support team. Any valid remaining balance will be returned once the verification process is complete, provided there are no outstanding claims.
5. Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
All content on the pav88 platform — including logos, brand names, text, graphics, interfaces, software code, and layout — is the exclusive property of pav88 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from pav88.
This platform may contain links or references to third-party services such as payment providers or game providers. pav88 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Amendments & Governing Law
Pav88 reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through mutually agreed channels or, where necessary, through legal proceedings in the appropriate jurisdiction in Malaysia.
